Sage Intacct to QuickBooks Conversion

Scaling back from Sage Intacct? We move your data into QuickBooks.

When this makes sense

Sage Intacct is a capable cloud ERP, but plenty of businesses find they’re paying for far more than they use – especially after a change in size, ownership, or scope. If QuickBooks covers what you actually need, we can move your Intacct data across so you keep your history without keeping the Intacct subscription.

What we move

Because Intacct is cloud ERP rather than a single company file, the conversion is built from your Intacct exports – the general ledger, chart of accounts, customers, vendors, and the open balances and transaction history you want to retain. We map your Intacct dimensions and structure into the closest QuickBooks equivalent and reconcile the result against your Intacct reports before delivery.

Intacct setups vary a lot from one business to the next – which modules you run, how your dimensions are configured, what your export options look like. That’s why this is evaluated per file rather than priced from a list.

How to get a quote

This is a custom-quoted service. Tell us which Intacct modules you use, what you’re able to export, the date range you want carried over, and whether you’re moving to QuickBooks Desktop or Online. We’ll evaluate it and send back a flat fee – the evaluation is free.

Not sure what you can export from Intacct? Get in touch anyway; pointing you to the right exports is part of the evaluation.
