We only use secure servers when transferring receiving or returning data files.
We never disclose any information about our customers to anyone.
All data files sent to us for repair exist on our systems for the purposes of repair only and the information contained therein is never disclosed to anyone other than the rightful owner of the data or their designated agent.
All data files including physical media that is not returned to the customer are destroyed within 2 weeks of completing the repair process.
The reason for this time delay is in the event that we need to resend the data file to the customer a second time after the repair has been completed.
If any customer wishes for us to destroy any copies of their data file prior to this time frame they may request so at any time during or after the recovery process.
